I have registered 3 complaints with DoE helpline. At all times, persons were helpful and prompt with their action.
I am happy to share that in case of first complaint, school followed the guideline within 2 days but 2 complaints are still pending.
I came to know that DoE share all the information including name, address, and mobile number with the school. I was totally shocked, this is total breach of privacy.
Yes I truly believe, this can hamper my ward admission.
Additionally, I do not believe any instruction have been given either to the assigned EO or the person on helpline on "What to do if the school do not follow the guideline and give some justification which is against the guidelines"
The complaints which are still unsolved but are in RESOLVED category on DoE helpline are

sir /madam
we are prents of 4+ child and now we fase new problum that the nursary addmission is only for 3+ child last year we tried but becouse of lotry system our child not get admission in any school
so this rule is right now what we do
we have no right to give our child good education ??????

i called helpline for problem of validity of address verification documents, vasant valley school has rejected DDA allotment letter as address proof, i was asked nicely by call centre lady to visit school again and talk to them and them helpline from school itself in case they donot entertain my DDA allotment letter as valid address proof.
lets see, what would be the outcome..

THIS NUMBER IS JUST A EYE-WASH.......... IT OF NO USE............ I CALLED UP THE NUMBER TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE FATHER DE-SALES SELLING FORMS & PROSPECTUS FOR RS. 250/-, I HAVEN'T GOT ANY RECEIPT FOR THE SAME TOO..... WHO WILL REFUND THE EXTRA RS. 225/- WHICH IS BILLED TO ME ..... LIKE ME MANY PARENTS BEEN CHEATED......... ARE THEY NOT SUPPOSED TO GIVE RECEIPT OF RS. 25/- COLLECTED FROM EACH PARENTS AS PER REQUIREMENT OF ACCOUNTS & AUDITING PURPOSE?

I am satisfied and happy with the nursery admission process this year. i have applied in 8 schools near khanpur. I am hopeful my son will get admission in any one of these. thanks Mr Sumit vohra for your regular updates.

c) I actually felt the same way. I have complaint against a school named "Doon Public School, paschim Vihar" as they were charging 500 for form & demanding 80,000 for admission. Even they are claming the same day admission & no distance barrier if we are ok to pay the amount.
