Things to do right now ---> Blacklist parents who got Fake Transfer Certificates issued by Employers and prosecute the employers also.

Kindly choose a date to meet at India Gate or Jantar Mantar....and try to change these guidelines asap.......its urgent need of the hour....its all fake or obliged transfer cases.....distance criteria should be back to 0-2 , 2-4 and so on and preference should be given to first child or girl child etc...

Poona, this is possible, one parent might have been transferred outward from Delhi 1 -r 2 years back and got him transferred back to Delhi during the year 2013 or till 5 Feb. Sibling is continuing study at the same school. So can be justified if transfer case is veified properly otherwise, I too agree to be fake.
