There should be a minimum quota for kids with 70 points, where will they go.  They bag the maximun no. of applicants in all schools.

Very well done..i knew that this would happen as sakshi tld mr vohra has given n article..very gud...little releved as our voices hav been heard..that was needed.i wish first born points exsit..as first time doesnt have any other points..if not alumni..THANKYOU MR VOHRA N AN TEAM

earlier, interstate transfer cases used to be given priority in central schools and in some pvt schools also, at that time central schools education was superb and they were at the top. people especially, the service class used to love to get admitted their children in central schools. but now the scenario has been changed, the private schools are now on the top. In private school giving points/priority to interstate transfers is justified ONLY when child has started studying or in the mid session. here what is happening, child has not yet started going to school, the parents have already been transferred to Delhi during last one year and staying in Delhi or NCR, so 0-8 km rule should be applicable
what is the logic of awarding 5 points at the entry level i.e at nursery admission. and if is still justifiable Government should reserve either 5%,10% or 20 % . let all the transfer cases compete with each other and not with the general pool. in that situation the genuine cases will win.BUT Delhi LG CAN'T GIVE THEM 70%.
all the reservation /points etc should not cross 50%.(as it their for other govt jobs) REST 50 % should be for general children with 70 points of distance
Also, first born child, single child and single parent definitely should carry some points or reservation

how the peoples can take both the points transfer n as well sibling points its not possible .

it can be verified by :

form 16.

child's play school certificates.

checking of address by visiting.

Good effort by the team!! Hope we get some positive results soon.

Schools can use these fake transfer certificates in their favour so need to check by DOE or Govt. authorities.

I agree, transfer cases should be scrapped, kids with 70 points should be considered for draw.

our CM Mr. kejriwal and his associates are very fond of DHARNA. he try to find out solution of every problem by DHARNA. lets all parent community with child having 70 points( not considered any where even for draw) should plan to have DHARNA in front of CM office.

Very good ,Our CM should also face DHARNA from all parents community whose kid had got only neighborhood point which is useless as it is nothing but ZERO

Abhishek, for us, most important point is NCR transfer.  I think more than half would be NCR transfers.  If that can go, lots of seats will open for us 70 point people.  Verification is of course 2nd point and that's important too and we shd fight for that, but just NCR going will open up lots of seats.  The siblings issue isn't that important because in any case those guys get 90 and are selected. I don't care if they get selected at 90 or 95.  We aren't fighting with them at all.  So lets keep it simple, not complicated at all.  NCR transfer no 1 priority
