There should also be a system of verification of the certificates produced by the parents who are applying for there ward under EWS  categories and  there should be  a  verifying body for such certificates appointed by the directorate of education. There could be instances where in reasonable rich people are applying  under the EWS and will avail the benefits and   the real needy are left behind

It seems schools are following strict criteria for transfer cases.

Applications are getting rejected where additional proof is not supplied.

Someone earlier also pointed, DPS is asking for rent agreement/ utility bills/ address proofs/ bank statements/ passports (for itntenational tfr)

@Anaisha Kakkar...DPS didnt ask them for additional doc..did they got selected or only after verification..

This is very genuine point. Those living adjacent to schools and living for years are not even being included in Draw. Those coming from outside Delhi are having sure shot admission. This means in Delhi, children of Delhi people will not be admitted but children of people coming from outside state will be admitted. I want to ask Hon'ble LG of Delhi, should we move to other state to get our children admitted in Nursery? How is it possible that 415 people were transferred to Delhi from other States and ALL reside within 08 kms of DPS RK Puram? This is big fraud with people of Delhi. What is fault of parents if the child is their First child? If the first child is not admitted then how his sibling will get admission later on? And most importantly, if this continues, Will it not create feeling of Communal differences among Delhi people regarding people coming from other States? These are most important questions that need to be reviwed by our LG. Hopefully, Mr Sumit Vohra will highlight these questions.

out of 415 transfer cases...i am sure...400 are fake...maybe 15 genuine..

Good, hope some results happen where these fake cases are caught and filtered. 28th Feb when results are out - 70 points people names show up there.

Thanks for highlighting our plight. Hope authorities will at least ensure 100% strict verification otherwise it will be a disastrous year for kids. Praying that they wake up to this disaster.

Transfer points should be replaced with first born.
Instead of points, transfer cases should have a min. Fixed quota like 4 to 5%.
That way every parent stands a chance.

and it was only the first few lists which came out...and we can see how the schools are devising new ways to enter there own preferred candidates and by pass the norms set by govt.....shameful .....
