Delhi Public School, Vasant Kunj,

I have applied for the nursery admission of my child and have been following the DPS Vasant Kunj website for communications on the 2014 admissions. I (and so many others) have been living in the nearby area for last many years but still struggling to get admission in your school. As we parents are very much worried about getting admission for our kids hence I am taking this opportunity to bring some of our observations.

I am looking closely at the “Points wise list of all Registered Candidates (General Category) ” sheet at the website and found that there are many candidates who have been registered twice and are duplicates. Till now I have figured out ten such cases. Below are the Cases:

As per the guidelines parents cannot apply more than once in any school. In case there are any duplicate forms, they must be rejected.

Even if I go by my analysis up till now, there are additional 10 candidates in the list which shouldn’t have been there and must have been filtered by the school itself.  Especially duplicate entries for transfer cases will lower the chance of admission of my child.

I would like you to take according actions in this matter.
