Schools Blackmailing parents NBT - Is It fair to start session from 15 Apr when destiny of Many children will decided on or after 16 Apr

Event I havnt got my daughter name in any of the school list yet and there are many parents still struggling for admission. Starting a session will add to this mess as it would mount the pressure on those parents like me whose child hasnt got admission in any of the schools as per the defined procedure.

This is not right at all, session for all the children should begin and end at the same time.

IT IS TRUE THAT AFTER THE DECISION OF COURT TO DO THE ADMISSION UPTO 9TH APRIL, IS NOT GOOD FOR ANY PARENT WHOSE CHILD GOT ADMISSION OR NOT. IN THIS CASE THE SCHOOLS ARE BENEFITED VERY MUCH AS PARENTS ARE LEFT WITH NO CHOICE TO OPT FOR SCHOOL WHICH HAS OFFERED ADMISSION / GOT SELECTED IN DRAW WHETHER THAT SCHOOL IS OF LIKING OF NOT.
IF THE CHIILD GOT ADMISSION IN SCHOOL OF CHOICE AFTER 16TH APRIL THEM SCHOOL ARE SAYING THEY WON'T REFUND ANY FEES WHICH HAS BEEN DEPOSITED BY PARENTS BEFORE 9TH APRIL.
IT IS VERY UNFAIR FOR ALL BUT SCHOOL WILL EARN HELL LOT OF MONEY AFTER THE WITHDRAWALS AFTER 16TH.
IF NO CLASS IN APRIL / SESSION START LATE THEN SCHOOL SHOULD NOT CHARGE

This year the admission process has been too much tedious and confusing. And the high court order of starting classes even when the final verdict for the balance seats is totally unjustified.
My son has not secured any seat till now and I do not expect any miracle to happen.70 points children never got any chance in any draw of lot than how will they get a seat.
Girls were lucky that they were considered in GIRL CHILD but what about boys.

Not fair to kids at all.. after all its d fault of d system n not parents.. session must begin inly after the whole admission process is completed. .

@nri18 : it clearly shows that your child has got admission. There is totally black out on front of parents of childs having 70 points, no name till now in any of list & don't have any back also for getting management quota..

I have a secured seat in a school still I feel that Session should definitely start for all the kids together from 1st May as there is no fault of the kids who got waiting or could not get selected in any of the school. Fault lies with the EDUCATION SYSTEM!!!!!!!!

i beg to differ a little on this....
let a small number to suffer instead of whole nursery kids this year! (and keep faith on court, this time they will give right judgment)
1. at-least some parents will get a relief from this admission anxiety.
2. if the session does not start at-least by mid April, then it is not justified to pay the fees for the month of April.
3. and if the schools allow to pay fees for the session starting from may, then why should schools suffer a financial loss because of waiting for a court verdict.
4. all the siblings, alumni, EWS and girl quota would have taken admission by then, so the picture would be more clearer as how many seats would still be vacant for the 70 pointers, so that confirmed 70 pointers from total redraw would also be considered (i think)!!
