joint declartion in case of girl child

is there any specific format in case of joint declaration by parents for girl child?

Do we need separate affidavit for a girl child and or the first child..

 

cant we have just one document? stating both the facts...

or submission of photocopy of affadavit is required at the time of registration ?

dear Girish,

thanks for posting the formats of affidavit.

But i want to ask if we have to give the school name on each affidavit, then we have to make affidavits for every school in original.

So applying in 20 school will mean 20 affidavit in original

Leave the blank for the school name and fill all other details....

 

Take the xerox (say 20 copies of affidavit), and insert school name while applying...

I have done it in few scools, and all are accepting...

Go to Notary Public they have all these formats..
