We can understand the concern many parents who are looking upto Mr Vohra for getting Justice as Sneh International being n old established sought after school, manipulated the list and is asking for open donation from our parents .Now parents who were not part of the forum earlier and heard Mr Sumit Vohra on FM & T.V Programs have given us concrete proof ( WE HAVE VIDEO RECORDING OF PRINCIPAL ASKING FOR DONATION - NON REFUNDABLE RS 25K)
AS THE DIR DOE HAS PROMISED TO TAKE ACTION ON MONDAY WE WILL WAIT TILL TUESDAY ELSE WE GIVE VIDEO TO TV CHANNELS ON 14 JAN .
AS DOE HAS NOT ACTED ON ANY OF GEN CATEGORY COMPLAINT - WE HAVE TO FIGHT OUR ON BATTLE AS WE CANNOT RUIN ONE YEAR OF OUR CHILD WHETHER ITS UPPER CUT OFF LIMIT / SCHOOL ASKING FOR FCFS-ADVANCE BOOKING DONATION.

Manipulations by Sneh International Rajdhani Enclave by pre poning the
1st List from 17 Jan 2015 to 6 Jan 2015 and giving points to some
selected children that are not technically possible (BOYS) /Coming out
with first list without draw of lots of EWS list / changing the link on
website for calender but we have all proof posted on school notice
board

PFA 1st list of Sneh International (Today school staff asked our EWS parent to inquire after 31jan for EWS draw of lots) .
Technically NO BOY CHILD CAN SCORE MORE THAN 70 POINTS BUT THE FIRST
PAGE OF THE FIRST LIST THE BOYS HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED 85 POINTS WHICH IS
NOT POSSIBLE AND IS CLEAR CUT MANIPULATION. FIRST LIST OF APPROX 50
CHILDREN WERE POSTED .ALSO FIND ATTACHED SECOND LIST FIRST PAGE (
WAITING LIST) AND NOTICE CLEAR STATING THAT FIRST LIST WOULD BE OUT ON
17 JAN . ALSO 1ST LIST CAN BE SEEN WITHOUT ANY EWS LIST AS PER RULES
DISCUSSED IN EARLIER COMPLAINT WHICH IS AGAIN FLOUTING OF GUIDELINES.(REFER DOE NOTICE 30 DEC 2014)
You can crosscheck with school records and you would find all the name selected and fee deposited for 1st list
2 - Appejay (Saket /Pitampura ) opened admissions yesterday but again using ambiguous criteria Representative Affirmative Action (RAA ) which is neither clear not well defined was earlier made to remove on my complaint by Dir doe on Circular dated 11/01/2013 (PFA- CLAUSE NO 4)

AFTER
GOING THROUGH THE LINK YOU WILL FIND RAA IS SELF CONTRADICTORY HOW CAN THEY
CHOOSE AT RANDOM FROM COMPUTER ALSO AND DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS/CULTURES.
BEING AN S/W ENGINEER BY PROFESSION I CHALLENGED SCHOOL AUTHORITIES
TO SHOW ME SUCH S/W AS SHEIKH SARIA N SAKET BRANCH GOT COMMON 30-35
CANDIDATES (AS THEY HAD SAME CATCHMENT AREA) SELECTED BEFORE 2013 WHEN
THESE POINTS WERE REMOVED IN JAN 2013 .THESE ARE ONLY POINTS FOR GEN CAT AND IS CLEAR CUT SCREENING

EVEN GD GOENKA SEC 9 TOOK DONATION LAST YEAR AND DOES NOT HAVE POSITIVE REVIEWS
AS GD GOENKA IS BRANCH IS RUN BY DIFFERENT SOCIETY ( FRANCHISEE) IT DOES NOT MEAN ALL GDG IN DELHI ARE HAVING NEGATIVE REVIEWS

i found out that VIS sector 10 dwarka is openly asking for 2.5 lakh donation for management seat...... what transparency do we expect in draw of such a school....................

If v dont have schools within 1km for ews thn where wud v go as 1-3 km range means no chance

I HAVE A QUES. ON THE DRAW FOR NURSERY ADMISSION.
MANY SCHOOLS ARE GIVING POINTS BASED ON THE DISTANCE.
FOR EXAMPLE: -
IF A PERSON IS UNDER EWS/DISADVANTAGE CATAGORY AND LIVES AT A DISTANCE OF 4-5 KM. OR BEYOND THEN HIS/HER CHILD MAY NOT BE SELECTED FOR FIRST AND SECOND DRAW. IF SEATS ARE FILLED THEN HE WILL BE OUT OF RACE.
BUT AT THE SAME TIME IF HE FILLS ADMISSION FORM UNDER GENERAL CATEGORY THEN HE WILL GET SOME POINTS BECAUSE THE DISTANCE CRITERIA IS 0-5 KM. AT THE SAME TIME THE CHILD WILL AT LEAST BE PARTICIPANT IN THE DRAW.
SO I THINK THAT IF A CHILD IS LIVING AT A DISTANCE OF 4-5 KM. AND IS UNDER EWS ETC. CATEGORY THEN HIS/HER CHANCES ARE LESS AS FOR THE FIRST AND SECOND DRAW HIS NAME IS NOT IN THE LIST. AT THE SAME TIME MAY BE IF HE/SHE FILL FORM UNDER GENERAL CATEGORY THEN HE/SHE MAY BE A CANDIDATE IN THE FIRST DRAW OF THIS LOTTERY KIND OF SYSTEM!!!!!

hi maxfort pitam pura is also asking for 50000 rupees cash and not giving any receipt.where we can complain.i think the government should stop these draw which are just a eyewash.supreme court should intervene and cancel the registration of these kind of schools.
