Mount St Mary's School address proof requirement

Mount St Mary's is only accepting Voters I Card as address proof.

Residential Proof : Voter’s I-Card and its photocopy of both parents.

What are the DOE guidelines on this?  All other schools are asking for only one address proof from either parent and are accepting passport, adhaar card, etc.
