eligibility for draw at mont fort , Ashok vihar

Mont fort is conducting draw on 26th feb for 70 pointers. They have given marks to every kid on the basis of distance. School is not following the rule of points to kid with in 8 km distance. Are those parents having less than 70 marks eligible for draw?

No teena... As this is a minority school and they can follow thr own guidelines, still they r following guidelines issued by dOE with sight modification which is allowed for thm.
