Every school can decide to sell forms offline or allow downloading the form via their website. The format certainly differs although 90% fields are same. Many schools does not have their website and personal visit is required. Read all the instructions on form very carefully to avoid any problem.

It's not a common admission process and follow common thread and apply individually to all schools.
