We must have a PIL for the mental trauma faced by parents for these nursery admission chaos. I believe the Govt. Should have system for checking fake IST cases.  And resume the genuine ones.

Those who have deposited fees or those who have been selected on the basis of Girl child DOL, Sibling points, Alumni points,Staff child & EWS DOL,who secured their seats till 9th April, will not be affected adversely by this stay, its just that school session may be delayed for them,

For IST & 70 pointers, now instead of High Court taking a decision,  The ball is now in the Supreme court, so whatever decision comes will be well thought of & Final & binding on all without further scope of PILs on this particular matter(IST related).

VERY TRUE NITIN. BUT DO U THINK THAT BY UNITING ALL TOGETHER THIS ISSUE WILL NOT BE REPEATED AGAIN??????????.......................WHY ITS BEEN A MOCKERY OF EVERYTHING WHICH IS SO CALLED A "SYSTEM"... DON'T KNOW WHAT HAS GONE WRONG IN THE MINDS OF SUCH PEOPLE WHO ARE AGAINST THE SYSTEM WHICH WAS SET TO FLOW SMOOTHLY AFTER A LONG DRAGGING FROM ITS SCHEDULED DATES..WHEN THE HONOURABLE HIGH COURT NODDED FOR GO AHEAD WITH ADMISSION PROCESS BASED ON FEB 27TH ORDER... CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT IS THE FAULT OF THE GENERAL PEOPLE WHO HAS NOTHING TO TAKE WITH THIS IST OR OTHER PREFERENCE POINTS??? ITS AGAIN A CHURNNING PROCESS STARTED....CAN'T SAY WHAT THE NEW VERDICT WILL BE FOR THE INNOCENT CHILDREN NOW WHOSE FATE FOR ADMISSION IS BASED ON MODERN DAY'S DRAMA OF "DRAW OF LOTS".

WHAT WILL NOW BE A PROCESS FOR THE CHILDREN WHO HAS ALREADY TAKEN  ADMISSION/BOOKS/LOGISTICS/DRESSES ETC. (AS DIRECTED TO BE IN PLACE BEFORE APRIL 9TH, AS PER HIGH COURT ORDER) ????????????????????????

I propose that all the parents who are affected by this decision hold a candle light rally in huge numbers against this stay. We need to media to highlight our plight too. I believe we need to do something now. This is just madness. Just today only I bought books and uniform for new school for my child and forfeited the fees I paid for him at play school for the April. This is just too much. We need to show our strength and get media attention to highlight our suffering. Only than will court listen to us instead of these 10-15 parents.

I m agreed on this. I thnk the HC had taken the correct decision that rf cases should not be considered, as not all schools have their branches in different states. And if trfanfer cases will be considered where we people be go who have only 70 points. All seat will be given to the children who are in consideration cases. So thos means our children's will not get admission in any schools. We should also show our situation to media to highlight in front of Honorable Supreme Court.

We all the parents shud united, meet n draw a plan of action at the earliest. I urge u all the parents to join us. Let's fight it. We all can meet at a candle light march at India Gate on Sunday.

A dharna is not a bad idea...if someone is exxperienced...we can plan one on sunday. In all this chaos and confusion schools are minting more than double compared to last year and sessions Iis being delayed but schools have already charged there building fund and 3 monthd fee when kid will not even go to school for 15 days even. This shud also had been a pat of some parties election manifesto....thoda jyada ho gaya I know.

Lets thank najeeb jung for all this. Where on one side mumbaikars taalk about mumbai manus and discourage outsiders to settle in mumbai, in delhi we are giving  preferance  to transfer cases over n above our kids.

SC orders are full and final we can't do any thing... but can wait for the next hearing on 16th april

The verdict of SC can be challenge in the division court of SC and there are options for review petition. Unfortunately, I am pretty much sure that this will go to division court of SC (:-
