hi, i m dinesh , i want to know about venkatshwar global school rohini, is this good school to styding thier child in this. and tell me about heritage school rohini also becoz i got admission in both school.

Hi everybody,
If Delhi Govt. is talking about equality, and the points for Educational Qualifications, Jobs,etc have been withdrawn, then why there is point system for Sibling and Alumni cases. If a child doesn't have sibling or Alumni case, what is his / her fault.
It means that only child from Delhi can study here. No body from outside is eligible to study here because of the point system.
If Delhi Govt. orders the schools to withdraw points, then Sibling case and Alumni case should also be withdrawn.
I think this requires a discussion............and necessary action should be taken.
The point system should be similar every where.

Hi All,
Bloom is a 30 sec walk from my home. DPS is on the other side of the road. Heritage a few kms away. And I am rejected so far everywhere. All this is a big big farce. It's a redudant process to fill forms anywhere in Delhi. It is downright corrupt system. On what system are they rejecting us:
Education : I am way too qualified, so No!
Neighborhood: schools are a stone throw away. so No!
Alumni, Sibling......all crap crieria. association with ashrams...another crap.
Wake up all of us here!!!

Has any body bothered to check all this so called siblings and alumni criteria are ever audited by any body and where is the place one can access to confirm the truthfulness.Does RTI get applied here ? and in case it does and , the schools are found bungling , what is the punishment for them ?
When any entity is allowed to make absurd kind of money from the public in name of fees and donation,they need to be answerable to some one ,why doesn't the DOE publish the audited list of all the school before the sessions start ,so schools are serious about any bungling going on.
.we need to do something,the complete system is a hegemony of the privileged few.and all the changes happens as per their interest, we are only fools to give votes and be forgotten for five years.
This is the so called democracy we have.Why not have an open house with the parents to sort this out.

Can all the parents who have felt the pinch of the arbitrary and non-uniform nursery admission process come together under the banner of admissionsnursery.com and under the able leadership of Mr. Sumit Vohra register our protest by submitting a memorandum to the authorities to undo the wrong that has been meted out to us?
Will this help? I think its time to act more than anything else or we'll surely miss the bus. If there's any delay on our part, the schools and the authorities will cite the difficulties in carrying out the revision of results. Time is at premium let's act now.....

I could not get thru Hertiage Rohini because point system changed ovenite and I lost all my marks.I was banking on this school and now feel disgraced and cheated.

This is absolutely unethical ridiculous to remove the education n proffession points at the last moment......
what is Mr. Lovely trying to prove? All the schools are giving high points to siblings. We have only child. Why should he suffer? We dont want another child. Schools are also giving extra points to girl child. It is not in our hand what should we do. We have registered in 12 school but no luck. How can I meet and protest in front of Mr. Education Minister.
Will my child not go to any good school this year? Please suggest. We are not even in the waiting/ second list
I think voice sholud be raised for the issue..............

I had applied for 8 schools & haven't got throu in any 1 of them, never in my life I have felt so helpless & frustrating. It's useless to put our concerns in front of DOE & Education minister because if they would have been so sensible they would have not acted imprudently.
I believe school selection process is 1 of the most imp. & memorable phase of a child's life for parents but now a days for schools & other education bodies this is the only time for making money & more money & for that they can degrade themselves to any level.

We live in north delhi... Had applied to atleast 15 schoold .... and as far as rohini ..... no luck in any of them!!! First child, boy, we both are well qualified....

my dughter's name has been selected, and she took the admission too. i hope the revised point system is not going to effect her. anyway, i fully agreee with Vinay that after submission of forms, and even after some schools coming out with the results, and when the admission process is over in some schools, it is highly unfair for the DOE to set fresh guidelines. it seems it is only to cater a particular section or individual. the revised point system should be withdrawn with immediate effect, and it should be know by public notification.
