Both of them can be postponed till the declaration of 1st list.
Modern Deepali can be a good option but the commute to there main campus can be a tedious effort for toddlers. But, yes, as mentioned by many parents on this portal there Kundli Campus is something extraordinary and worth investing in.
Saplings Paschim Vihar / Inspire Paschim Vihar: I would say stay as far away from feeder schools as you can, in all probability they won't give you the confirmation of obvious transition to the main schools. And last I heard, in all probability Delhi government is planning to amend laws to curb this practice.
