Documents for resident proof...???
I live in live in Mayur Vihar Ph I Extension (Opp. Nagarjuna Appts.). I have a query related to document we need to submit in schools for our resident proof.
We stay in joint family, the house is in the name of my mother-in-law.. and the electricity bills and gas connections bills are in her name only.... My husband has his DL and passport of the same address.. Are passports and DL acceptable in schools as resident proof???? I was going through all the discussions...and came to know that Some schools like Somerville don't except passports as any proof....
Please tell me, as I need to apply in both Noida and East Delhi Schools.

Its school specific in delhi passport should notbe a prb and yes in noida it is not accepted in amny schools
you should arrange for alternative

Thanks Sakshi for the information.
Actually I am looking for the Admission session 2014-15.... So i think it would be best to have some landline at home in my husband's name to avoid unnecessary problems.... What do you suggest...???
