Last year many schools did not accept rent agreement ..lets wait for this year DOE notication

Yes. Definitely u are eligible if u have required documents. i.e. (1) Birth certificate with name of the child and (2) valid proof of residential address. If you have any scheduled bank savings account with current address, then with the latest bank statement, you can change your address in aadhaar card online within 2 days and u get this valid document for residential address.....

Yes if you are eligible on distance points,as distance is one of the main criteria.
