I am from delhi does my child require name on the birth certificate.. or without the nene will do..I have his Aadhar as well as passport

Better to have name endorsed but Aadhar should do ( cannot predict how schools reacts )

Yes name of the child on birth certificate is mandatory

i want to know how many affidavit do we need to make 

a new affidavit for every school or the photostat affidavit would work?
