DPS Vasant kunj: Is the Affidavit for first born child required in case the first born is a girl?

DPS Vasant kunj is asking for an affidavit for proof of 1st child, but mentioned only son in it, while the point criteria mentions Girl Child/1st Child.

Please clarify.

The are giving points to any girl child (whether first or sibling) but only First born boy child (Girl child they can check from name on B.c also)

What is the format of affidavit require for first born. Is it required on stamp paper and Is it common for all schools ?
