My driver's daughter is a very very bright child and I ve been pushing him to get an income certificate made since last yr for her admissions.

Can the moderater of this site please list the document he will require for the same. Also will he have to go to each school for a form or does he fill out the common form and submit it individually in each school?

But Sakshi in this link first born child affidavit is also mentioned. Is it required
according to new guidelines?

Fill up the downloaded Common Admission form available on the website www.edudel.nic.in or from link http://www.edudel.nic.in/upload_2013_14/12810_20_dt_18122013.pdf...
or printed application form of the same format from the respective schools for free of cost and take back a registration slip as acknowledgement with Registration No. after submitting the forms.
