do u mean to say we dont need to create logon id , by jst clicking on https://www.fascampuscare.org/ we will get admission form

I had a talk with campuscare , they said form will come directly but at 10:30 , dont try at 10:00

Hello Sakshi,
I have tried 5 times but not able to submit the form due to below error
error updating database ..see inner exception.
anybody getting the same ? what to do, have tried calling the school but no response.

5 times is too less :) just kidding!! keep clicking submit would work. I was able to submit after 3 hrs of trying

yes we got the same error, dont fill another form just click it submit 2-3 times in some interval, and make sure u have uploaded pictures of all, there is some error in there server

yeah..initially it was showing some error.....but finally we made it.....got the Reg# no....
Adv--Keep on trying guys.....n Yah try an update ur google chrome....worked for me..!!
