First Born Child - Document

Hi,

What is the documentation required to submt proof for first born child.

1) Who needs to be sign - can it be any authorized notary or does it has to be by some gazatted officer?

2) What is the stamp duty value?

3)Can you also share a draft for the same that needs to be printed on stamp paper?

Hello Sakshi,

Is the 1st child affidavit format can be same of all schools or must be as per the format prescribed by schools?
