Montfort school flouting norms

Montfort school has started issuing forms with 70 points for up to 2 km only. Does winning the writ petition in high court mean they can make their own rules?

Exactly, but winning the petition has given them right to have minority quota. Mr. Vohra kindly intervene and help us with the distance criteria clarification. MONTFORT school states 70 pts upto 2 km..2.1 to 3 km 60 pts...3.1 to 4 km 50 pts...4.1 to 8 km 40 pts...
