My sister in law died when her kid is 2 months old. Me and my husband taking care of her child.

As his father don't want to accept that child . he will be 3.8 years on 31st March 2016

We don't have any legal adoption of child. Still we are fighting case for his legal adoption.

Kindly let me know for admissions in schools like Amity , DPS , Bal bharati etc

which documents we need to submit ? As we don't have any  legal adoption of child.

We have his birth certificate with us.
