DAISY DALES SCHOOL: my son was on waiting list-18 in daisy dales but it was cleared and they were asking for the admission asap. when i asked them why they were not doing the redraws (at that time asked by the court) they said we did not have many transfer cases, there were only 2-3 such cases which have been taken care of so only first draw is valid here. NO TRANSPARENCY. only after the court asked for total redraw, they called me and informed about the redraw. the school is 6/10. four mark cut due to lack of playground and small suffocated school building. education-good. overall development-can't say anything. transparency-nill.

can you pls tell about frank anthony school.....how is it's overall ranking..not just in acedemics but other co-curricular activities too...

As per Raman gulati's feedback his both d kids go to FAPS, the focus of school is more on academics than ex-cocirricular activities, moreover FAPS is ICSE board. for more feedbacks pls chk earlier comments iin this thread Overall it is a old established decent school with focus on academics. they also have a very big playground.

Today I came to know ABT teacher child ratio there. There wil b 70 students in a section with only 2 teachers

@ vidhi from where did u get this information? If its true then its quite unfair for kids of such a young age.....as they need a lot of attention and i feel there should be healthy child teacher ratio ...

vidhi ji is this info. from a credible source?, if yes then this is a very unfair ratio. class size in most schools is 30-40 kids as per my knowlege

This is a confirmed news. I went to collect my admission slip from faps yesterday and enquired abt teacher child ratio generally. Confirmed it from 3 persons cause even I was in shock. Even govt schools has the max strength of 35-40 in a section these days.

I have enquired from a friend of mine whose kid studies in 1st class. As per him, when his son was studying in the nursery there were about 40-45 students in a class.
