Nikhil I agree that probablity of 75 pointers will be less if its a partial draw...but it was same in our case as well ..earlier these seats were occupied by 75 pointers they were all shortlisted and the remaining seats were thriwn to 70 points where our probabilitybwas even lesser...now after sibling n alumni only 10 % were of 70 pointers there still a better chance for 75 pointers if if 70 selected remains confirmed...its a fair game ...even in lesser seats earlier we manges to be one out of 20 selected or 10 selected per school ...i still feel and stand by what I say...no redraws for 70 points....

Nikhil I appreciate ur thought but everyone is getting selfish here for their kid,otherwise there was no need of earlier petitions then why should we be not .we font have any godfather like sibling or alumini points neither any political kaka nd its not a gurantee that again our child would be that lucky to have their name selected then why dont we can fight for our kids.....

There should not re-draw again for those who have been selected through 70 points.

There should not be redraw for selected kids. By luck if anyone got selected in one school out of 20 applications what is the point in pulling this chance from him because of some corrupt applications.

The first petition were by non selected 70 pointers, cause they were not lucky and they didn't want others to be lucky as well. They wanted redraw so that they have another chance at redraw; without thinking about the genuine transfer case child (they didn't ask for the extra 5 points, it was there so they applied). Now they all want redraw, how can these lucky ones got the seat and not me...so have the redraw.

My son is 4+,  70 points. Got a nursery seat in just one school. Lost one year. Last year too he did not get admission in any single school. You all will still get one more chance if God forbid not this year. If he is not lucky this year in this redraw then? What home schooling? will u choose that for ur child?

I have written to DoE.  Let's all write to DoE directly before they mutely succumb at the HC and issue a notice of redraw for all. I have already done. Would encourage all of you to do the same if you support "NO RE DRAW for selected 70 pointers"

If this is a petition against petition game, lets all get together and file a petition for no redraw for selected 70 pointers.

Respected Sir/Madam, This is in consideration for above subject line,  I would like to make request for NOT allowing redraw in case of applicants already selected in draw of lot earlier to 27-02-14. It is plight from parent of single daughter and on behalf of all. We don't want to undergo same agony and pain again. We don't want to have another series of sleepless nights. It is merely her luck that she is selected from ocean of 70-75 points and honestly. We should not get penalised due misdeeds of frauds.
