नई दिल्ली (ब्यूरो)। निजी स्कूलों की सबसे बड़ी संस्था नेशनल प्रोग्रेसिव स्कूल कांफ्रेंस (एनपीएससी) ने दाखिला फॉर्मूला को लेकर बैठकों का दौर शुरू कर दिया है। इसमें अभी समय लगेगा। एनपीएससी की बुधवार को हुई बैठक में फॉर्मूले को लेकर चर्चा हुई। हालांकि यह सहमति बनी है कि जो भी फॉर्मूले स्कूल बनाएंगे वह स्टूडेंट फ्रेंडली होंगे। दाखिला मानकों में स्कूल नेबरहुड, सिबलिंग, एल्युमिनी व फर्स्ट चाइल्ड को जरूर रखेंगे।

एनपीएससी की अध्यक्ष अमिता मूला ने बताया कि संस्था के तहत आने वाले सभी स्कूलों ने फॉर्मूले को लेकर चर्चा की है। यह भी साफ किया है कि जो भी फॉर्मूला स्कूल बनाएंगे उनमें मुफ्त एवं अनिवार्य शिक्षा कानून को नजरअंदाज नहीं किया जाएगा।

शिक्षा निदेशालय के डबल बेंच में शुक्रवार को अपील करने की संभावना है। ऐसे में स्कूल भी जल्दबाजी करने में नहीं दिख रहे हैं। अमिता मूला ने बताया कि शुक्रवार तक शिक्षा निदेशालय के रुख का भी पता चल जाएगा लिहाजा शुक्रवार तक स्कूल निश्चित तौर पर कोई रोड मैप तैयार कर लेंगे। इस तरह से स्कूल भी वेट एंड वाच की स्थिति को लेकर चल रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि फॉर्मूला जो भी हो लेकिन वह बीते दो तीन सालों में जैसा आता रहा है वैसा ही रहेगा।

एडमिशन नर्सरीडॉटकॉम के चेयरमैन सुमित वोहरा का कहना है कि स्कूल जो भी कदम उठाएं वे पैरेंट्स के हित में हों। स्कूलों को ऐसा करना होगा जिससे कि अभिभावकों का विश्वास स्कूलों में बने। साथ ही जो भी स्कूल नियम को ना मानें उनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि अभिभावकों के मन में शंका है कि क्या स्कूल अपने बनाए नियमों को पूरा करेंगे।

Its a welcome step. If the rules are fair and are followed by all the schools then there is nothing like it. Parents should also support it irrespective of whether their own kids get selected in their desired schools or not. No fair system can guarentee every one a seat in the desired schools. All we can ask for is a system which gives a fair and equal chance to everyone.

Yes Suresh i agree with you .But parents are sceptical of school being coming with transparent guidelines.

Yes I understand, no system could be full proof. There will always be people trying to manipulate it - be it some schools or even some parents. But we need to settle for something. This thing can't go on for ever.

I have seen a lot of parents also who are unreasonable in their demands. So, its impossible to satisfy every one. And now that the people have got into this PIL trend, I fear that no decision seems final.
