Hi Sakshi, is there Parents/Child interaction for nursery admissions at Heritage sector 62? Will that happen online this time?

There is No Parents/Child interaction at Heritage for CBSE curriculum.

Admissions are done through Draw of lots.

Little doubt here, on their website they say ;alignment to the school's experiential philosophy', but how will they check this without Parent interaction?
The School gives priority for admission on criterion like distance, sibling, alumni and alignment to the School’s experiential philosophy. For parents tied with similar points there is a lottery to assign seats

Hi Abhishek,

I am sharing this basis how things were last year. If you are opting for IB, there is an interaction with the parent done by the school (post the draw of lots, to check for fitment). For CBSE, there is no interaction as such. They, however, do have a question in the school form 'why is Heritage the right institution for your child ?', the answer to which will give them some indication about your thought-process. Also, while there is draw of lots, not many know that some children are offered direct admission (in CBSE, sec-62). Last year, our kidoo was one such child. We were given to understand by the school that about 15 odd such children had been offered direct admission in CBSE across the hundreds of applications that they had received. Methodlogy for selecting those wasnt shared with us. Hope this helps.

Thanks Payal for helping us out. How is your kid finding the school after an year? Are you happy with the way they are teaching? And do you find them in any way trying to extract money or expensive ?
