DPS Indirapuram is under aegis of DPS Society is sought after > DPSGV does not belong to DPS society and has mixed reviews from last few years

Here it is mentioned

Medical Certificate of the child. (only for children with special needs) (point 5)

But in general see this below (Medical certificate n vaccination card)
