PRE SCHOOL (Nursery) ADMISSION 2013-2014:
Application forms and prospectus will be available at the school from January 2, 2013 onwards on all working days from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
Forms may be submitted in the school on the same days till January 15, 2013.
No forms will be sold on Saturday January 12, Sundays, and other public holidays, if any.
The cost of the application form is Rs. 25/- and the cost of the prospectus is Rs. 300/-. Prospectus and forms once purchased, cannot be returned and the amount is non-refundable.

Admissions to Classes from Prep. – Class V for the session 2013 – 2014:
Application forms for admission are available from January 2, 2013. They may also be downloaded from the school’s website. Completed forms may be submitted on the same dates.
Admission as per Seats Availability (if any).
No lists are put up, and applicants are informed telephonically when a seat is available.
An assessment of language and number skills is conducted for applicants for classes from I – V.

Forms for Pre-school Admissions
2013 – 2014

Application forms and prospectus for admissions to pre-school classes will be available at the school from January 2, 2013 onwards on all working days from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. Forms may be submitted in the school on the same days till January 15, 2013.

Application forms for admission to classes other than the nursery are available from January 2, 2013. They may also be downloaded from the school’s website. Completed forms may be submitted on the same dates.

However, it is difficult for us to predict how many seats will be available in different classes or whether they will be available at all. This is because movement of children between schools happens around this time – end of an academic year or beginning of the new one, and we cannot predict whether there will be withdrawals from a particular class. As seats are only created on the basis of withdrawals, all applications are ‘wait listed’ till an actual vacancy arises or there is an application for withdrawal.

Purchase and submission of an application form does not guarantee a call for admission. As the number of vacancies arising is very few, no lists are put up, and applicants are informed telephonically when a seat is available. An-------sment of language and number skills is conducted for applicants for classes from I – V.

The academic session starts from April 2, 2013.

PREP ADMISSIONS 2013-2014

General Norms :

Both boys and girls are eligible for admission to Prep.

Children born between 1st April, 2008 and 31st March 2009 will be eligible for admission
to class Prep for the session 2013-2014.

Our school is situated on the defence land and according to the lease agreement, 70%
seats are reserved for the children of the Defence Personnel & children of the civilians
residing in the cantonment area.

After considering the defence quota, this being a minority status school, Catholics
and Christians of our Zone (list enclosed) will be given preference. Only if there are
any seats vacant after considering these two essential categories, the alumni and
siblings categories will be considered.

Total number of seats in pre-primary class

Draw of lots will be conducted in case there are more than 95 applicants.

After considering the Defence Category, the remaining 30% seats will be divided
amongst the following categories in the following percentages:
Catholics and Christians in the Zone
: 50% of the remaining 30%
Siblings and Alumni
: 20% of the remaining 30%
General
: 10% of the remaining 30%

Draw of lots will be conducted in case more than the required percentage of
applicants apply for admission.

Registration Form. Original documents will have to be produced for verification

One passport size photograph of the child for all categories.

Copy of Date of Birth Certificate of the child from Municipal Corporation for
all categories.

Copy of the Baptism Certificate and a letter from the Parish Priest in case of Catholic
and Christian candidates.

Residential Proof : Voter’s I-Card and its photocopy of both parents.

In case of defense service, a letter from the office where you are serving, with a
mention of the designation of the competent authority signing the letter.

Sibling Proof: Report Cards of the elder sibling studying in our school.

Alumni - Class 12 Certificate issued by school and proof of being a member of the
Marian Association.

Parents will be intimated of dates to come with original documents and get their
documents verified, if necessary.

The first list of selected candidates along with the waiting list (if any) will be put up on
the notice board on 24th January, 2013.

Thanks for information.Can you please provide me the date of collecting forms for general category for Mount St. Mary school delhi cantt. as it is not clear from above details.
