Q) Admission with low literacy rate but rich in resources is basically poor. How to manipulate the poor & the downroten who are suffering & rejected due to acute poverty & illiteracy?

Seriously, I did not understand this question as well, but after reading Dr Sakshi's reply I agree with her. But I add one thing here, that every parent of our country has equal right to think about a better future for their children. It will only happen if the fee structure for each n every school will remain same, especially in private schools.

Right Said that illetrate parent with huge resources do result in poor quality.But on d other hand one should also take a look on the overall personality 2 know more about such parents as it may be possible in a few cases that their children could be blessed with good human values and rest of d education part will be covered by good education.Definitely priority should be given 2 d parents with higher education and good human values.
