Many schools ask for a original affidavit and you can produce one as your child is the first girl child born. Very few schools accepted photocopy and get confirmation from school.

do we need to get the affidavit at the time of online filling of forms or do we need to show it only once the child is selected ?

Where all in south delhi can we get this affidavit made ?

School specific ..normally in the schools submitting physical form at the time of submission.
Any NEIBOUR HOOD notary will make it.
