Even i am awaiing this. This is very tough to proceed with current attitude of many school who are not accepting rent agreement

Most of  schools do not accept rent agreement as residential proof; as they demand for govt issued proof only.

So I would suggest you to be better prepared with other proofs.

One thing you can do is get a savings account opened in any govt bank.

I have residential proof on my name but not for husband can I use mine.

prachi u can use residential proof of ur name also if u are applying from that residence only..school says either of the parent

only few schools are not accepting it rest are accepting court register rent deed. its school specific as of now

I have applied in 22 Schools with Rent agreement as address proof, schools have excepted forms,would i face any problem in future for selection criteria.

Can some schools also reject the rent agreement even if its more than one year old? I mean, an old rent agreement is a valid proof that the person has not made it just for the admission.
