What all papers to keep ready

Hi Sakshi, please advise what are the general documentation/papers we have to keep ready while submitting the forms. 
PS: I know this would be school specific, just give the general list/idea.

DO any employer certificate is also necessary for the admission process? Of any parent or both? Please suggest.

No . Only for transfer case it may be needed.

Is there any standard format for medical certificate and it should be on which - normal paper, doctor's paper or stamp paper?

Is vaccination chart provided by hospital or doctor is good enough for admission process or it should be also on doctors paper?

Please suggest on all these relevant issues.

Doctor's will write in Doctor's paper head. Doctor's know the format and some schools may be specific with format if so. You can refer the Documents/Affidavits in top of the home page.

Vaccination chart provided by the hospital should be produced if schools ask for it.
