HC ASKS DOE LAWYER TO COME TOMORROW IN COURT WITH INSTRUCTIONS WHETHER THEY WILL REDO COMBINED LOTTERY FOR ALL (CANDIDATES AT 70 POINTS ) AFTER SCRAPPING OF TRANSFER POINTS OR NOT.
