Dear friends, I am glad to share with you that i have received an orientation invitation letter from DPSGV, orientaion is on 9th March, the only concer which is bothering me is that they have asked not to bring kids along..... as 9th is Saturday ... so there is no school that day ... so will kids go... for the time being.... anyways will sort out the issue.... hope to see you all there :)

We checked at school around 1 week back and they suggested that they will call by phone, probably on 9th March

Hi everybody, I am staying at Jaipuria Enclave Kaushambi. My daughter got thru in DPSGV first list and I secured the seat next day. Today I got the call from Amity Sec 1 confirming her selection there as well. From the below discussion and expert comments I understand that DPSGV is better option than Amity Sec 1. Moreover their fees is less. My only soft corner to Amity is that my friend who lives next door his kids are in Amity Sec 1 and she will get company. Any comments/guidance fellow group members. Is there a point in shifting to Amity because of that?

swati the choice differs from person to person as both schools have neck to neck fight, but as per the feedback from the experts and other featured members i decided to move ahead with dpsgv inspite of having option of amity sec 6 in my hand.

definetly we should suggest, atleast to conduct some workshop for kids so that they can differentiate b/w good and bad touch as children takes more seriously what they learn at school. and in this way the staff whoever is indulged in such shameful activities, will also be afraid of. we should also have some personal interaction with guys who are picking up our children, this might inforce some sense of fear that the parents of this child is personally paying attention on us.

My son has been selected in Amity Vasundhra 6 and DPSGV?...Please suggest which is better...
