Medical document - Bal Bhawan
Bal Bhawan requires to submit "Latest Original Medical Certificate of the Child duly signed by the parent".
Can somebody help me understand what kind of medical certificate do i need to provide.

It is the medical fitness certificate issued from a registered Govt. Doctor and parents too should sign in that.
