As per the online form of Father Agnel, it seems that they also have Day Care Facility available.

Does anybody have any idea about their day care. I would be very thankful if anybody can provide any feedback of its day care because I am not able to find it on it website or anywhere on net.

• You are required to submit along with the form a Photostat copy of the Date of Birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or Registrar of Deaths & Births.                       
• You are required to submit any one of the following documents as proof of the residence (a) Passport (b) Rent agreement (c) Voter I Card (d) Telephone Bill

I am in Mayur Vihar - I Extension. I am not sure if FAS has a bus service in this area. Can anyone help me?

The hard copy of the form submitted
online is also to be submitted at the school gate (7:30 am – 7:00 pm) from 6th
Sep 2013 to 9th Sep 2013. The passport size photo of the child and that of the
parents will need to be attached and submitted with the same. The Last Date for
submitting the hard copy of the form is 9th Sep 2013 (1:30pm).

Bhavneesh, Is the data showing already exist when the form filled second time, if not then form is not submitted, either change the PC or delete all kind of cookies, history everything.....from internet options..........

But that never creates problem, wat actually is happening..........also DOB should not be written manually use system calender to write it, use short form for the designation.

If not uploaded the photo, it is not mandatory,but when you go to school,don't tell them that u forgot, just give photo(Parents and child) alongwith the hard copy of the form, they will take the form.It would be good if submitted at the reception by yourself.Don't rely on guards, otherwise you will be always in confusion. Last year we went ourself and submitted the form and gave the photos as our form could not show child's photo.Today, saturday is working go before 12:00 noon.
