I am not able to open the guidelines right now becoz of a firewall issue. Secondly do the guards at the gate give some sort of acknowledgement slip or something that you have submitted the hardcopy.

When I clicked back button, empty form was being shown. This is really frustating to fill the form again as answering the questions is a tough job
