Most probably the school will be open tomorrow for half day, kindly go directly to reception,otherwise they would request you to submit at the school gate after school is closed.

Comment by Purva sharma on September 6, 2013 at 4:00pm: Yash, you just take out two print outs of the filled form and with pen, you may write the answers in the space provided, since you got the User ID and password, that means it has been submitted, without incomplete column it will not accept the form also. Go to the reception and can tell your concern to them, surely they will listen to it.

Comment by Purva sharma on September 6, 2013 at 3:04pm: Yash, you can fill the form, last time we filled it number of times. There is no harm filling it again.
Dimple, photo is not mandatory to be attached in the form, you may give it alonwith the hard copy at the reception with necessary documents, form will be approved only after the document check only.
