The hard copy of the form submitted online is also to be submitted at the school gate (7:30 am – 7:00 pm) from 6th Sep 2013 to 9th Sep 2013. The passport size photo of the child and that of the parents will need to be attached and submitted with the same. The Last Date for submitting the hard copy of the form is 9th Sep 2013 (1:30pm).
