Please complete the formalities, as required, according to the given schedule:

Note:

A Demand Draft of Rs. 25000, in favour of FATHER AGNEL SCHOOL, NOIDA is to be submitted along with following documents:

Copy of PAN card.

Copy of Baptism Certificate in case of Christian candidates.

In no case will cash or cheque be accepted.

Original documents to be brought for verification.
