Apart from Address proof and the birth certificate they also want the pics of both the parents.

Comment by Aseem on September 10, 2012 at 2:12pm: Submitted the form today. It was a huge que of parents standing in a place with absolutely no air and everyone was sweating profusely. Only one teacher was collecting the form and she was taking 3-4 minutes per person.

God knows why have they given a single day to submit a form which they anyways have got filled up. Many schools have also asked to download the form from website but people can fill that offline and submit in 2-3 days time.

On top of that Father agnel has asked a question in their form about any suggestion which parents can give to improve school's procedure etc. I wonder which parent has the guts to be politically wrong and write in the form to rectify the admission process first.
