Along with the print out of the online submitted form, they need the pp size pics of parents & kids, address proof and the birth certificate of the child as well..

The hard copy of the form submitted online is also to be submitted at school office (8:30am – 12:30pm) or at school gate (7:30 am – 7:00 pm) from 7th sep-2012 to 10th sep -2012. The passport size photo of the child and that of the parents will need to be attached and submitted with the same.

Comment by Sakshi (Moderator) on September 9, 2012 at 8:35am: Abhijit Aggarwal , The answer was for you only,FAS is very sought after school ,if you talk to them on phone them there might be some possibility ,or send some of your close friend or relative to explore the posiblities(but the chances are very less as it goes against school policies.
