1. FAS vaishali is a new school. So few problems are there on management and organisation part. I feel it comes with experience.
2. Same goes with the staff. Including teaching n non teaching.
Rest u can see in my previous comments.
This is my personal opinion. You can go by your own.
I made comparison with Saint Francis where i found even D- grade staff is well trained n experienced in organising.
