Comment by SAHIL JAIN on August 9, 2017 at 2:14pm: Went to Father Agnel school, their were around 20 parents who were facing the same problem and had come along with their laptops.

They had 2 technical support people but the only advice they could give was to refresh the captcha and submit again .Nothing more than that .

Its a hit and trial and your luck .

The school understand that there is a problem but they suggested they had tested the form yesterday around 20-25 times .

My advice to parents would be to be patient and keep submitting again and again .

Comment by Rupali on August 9, 2017 at 12:55pm: My 2 forms(one for my daughter and other for my friend's son) successfully submitted with commas and other punctuation marks. It's just database connectivity issue, because of overload of server (I checked with Entab Helpdesk, too as one form submitted around 10:10 AM.. and the second took around 1 hour..I just kept clicking 'submit' on the form and OK on the error pop up..) ..Keep trying..Good Luck
