Comment by Ankit Jain on August 9, 2017 at 11:51am: I was able to submit the form finally after trying Submit button from 45 minutes. Inner exception error may be due to load on server. I didn't use comma but filled other information including mandatory/optional details aadhar, email, etc.

Guys, keep trying. It may be submitted any instance. Best of luck.
