Comment by Rupali on August 9, 2017 at 11:00am: The reason is in between sometimes the site goes down which raises exception..seems heavy load on site..Filling only mandatory fields or all the fields has nothing to do with it...Guys keep trying..Best of luck.

Comment by Sa on August 9, 2017 at 10:56am: Able to submit - guys best way to fill only "mandatory" fields (with red star). Skip all other fields. Earlier i was filling whole form and it was not allowing (not sure why).

Fill only mandatory fields and it will allow - i submitted in google chrome
