FATHER AGNEL NOIDA ADMISSIONS TO START FROM 9 AUG 2017

ESSENTIAL POINTS FOR APPLICANTS TO TAKE NOTE OF
1. Application forms will be available online (only) from 9th August 2017, 10:00am to 11th August 2017, 9:00pm on the website www.fascampuscare.org.
2. Forms will be available only on first come first serve basis. Only the first 2000 applications will be accepted. The admission link will turn inactive soon after 2000 applicants are registered.
3. A hard copy of the form submitted online has to be deposited at the School on or before 12th August 2017 (between 09:00 am – 12:30pm). Forms not deposited at the school will not be considered in anyway.
4. Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated and are required to come for the interaction session, as the number of seats is very limited and it is simply not possible to accommodate all the applicants.

AGE CRITERIA FOR ELIGILITY
Only Children Born between 1st January 2014to 31st December 2014 are eligible (both days inclusive) to be called for admission.

IMPORTANT (MUST READ) GUIDELINES TO FILL THE FORM
Kindly use Internet Explorer (7 and above) or Mozilla Firefox (14 and above) or Google Chrome (20 and above) to fill in the Application Form

STEP 1
Read the instructions carefully.
STEP 2
Please read the guidelines carefully and then check I agree and then click on the PROCEED button to fill in the admission application form.
STEP 3
After filling the form, please read the declaration and click on I Agree and Submit.
STEP 4
After successfully submitting the form you will receive your USER ID & Password on your registered Mobile no.
STEP 5
On receiving your User ID & Password use the same to print your duly filled application form and acknowledgment receipt.
STEP 6
The printed form along with the required documents is then to be deposited at the School on or before 12th August 2017(between 09:00am – 12:30pm).
The shortlisted candidates will be informed about the Interaction date and time only through their USER ID on 26th August 2017 (after 4:00pm).

DOCUMENTS THAT MUST BE UPLOADED AS PART OF THE APPLICATION FORM (not mandatory)
1. A recent passport size Photograph of the child in jpg or jpeg format size of the photo should not be more than 20KB.

DOCUMENTS THAT MUST FORM PART OF THE APPLICATION FORM TO BE DEPOSITED AT THE SCHOOL.
1. Printout (PDF Format) of the duly filled online application form.
2. A recent passport size Photograph of the applicant, applicant’s Father & applicant’s Mother.
3. Photocopy of the birth certificate from the Municipal Corporation/Local Body
4. Photocopy of proof of residence (latest electricity bill, telephone bill or rent agreement).
5. Photocopy of the Adhaar card of the applicant (if available).
6. Photocopy of the Baptism certificate & letter from the Parish Priest in case of Christian Applicants.
7. Photocopy of the Student Id – Card in case a Sibling is already studying in the school.
8. In case of single parent (document verifying the same) is to be attached with the form.
9. In case either Parent is an Alumnus of the school, a proof is to be attached with the form.

NOTE: FR. AGNEL SCHOOL IS A CHRISTIAN MINORITY SCHOOL AND PREFERENCE IS GIVEN TO CHRISTIANS, IF THEY MEET THE REQUIREMENTS.
NEIGHBOURHOOD APPLICANTS TOO WILL BE GIVEN PRIORITY.

50% OF SIBLINGS WILL BE ADMITTED ON PREFERENTIAL BASIS AS WELL AS CHILDREN OF THE ALUMN

What should we fill in last name if we r not using our surname n don't want it with my baby's name also as it is mandatory to fill .

No Shikha, they will have the registration link enabled tomorrow on the school home page. It will take you through all the required steps. I doubt there's anything that can be done before.

Hi,

For FAS Noida, Can we provide Aadhar copy or Postpaid Mobile Bill as Address proof as we stay in joint family all bills are having my parents Name only.

FASN have mentioned below statement on its website:

I just called in FAS for aadhar card, they said it is not mandatory however required to be submitted later on.
