And as Gaurav says, I also want to add that its better to ask from Parents rather than the kids, because the kids have their own likes and dislikes based on subjects and/or teachers. They normally do not take into account the studies of their own.

Also, sometimes the school need to handover the responsibility of the subject in the middle of the session to some other teacher because of the original responsibility handler may have to go to urgent long/short term leave
