1) Age Criteria:
For Class Pre-Primary - Age of candidate should be 4+ and less than 5 years as on 31/03/2021
For Class I - Age of candidate should be 5+ and less than 6 years as on 31/03/2021
I) Registration form is available online.
II) Print out of the filled registration form, duly signed by the parents, must be submitted at the
school counter with registration fee of Rs25/- and with self-attested photocopies of the supporting
documents on all working days from 09:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

IV) Fill the form in capital letters only.
2) Documents Required (Self attested) with printout of Registration form:

3. Proof of Sibling, if applicable – latest fee receipt.
4. Previous school record (Report Card) For Classes II to XI
